I currently am responsible for the Events and Meetings catetgory, and also the hotel programme for Centrica, which sits within the overall travel category. These are both global programmes and I work with Centrica Direct Energy in the US. In Centrica we deliver end-to-end procurement which involves the sourcing strategies, tender ownership and selection and supplier relationship management post contract delivery.

I manage the supply chain process from procurement of goods/services through the tender process to the management of the contract and supplier at the successful completion of this process. I worked as a contract manager, handling multi million pound contracts across group, in the debt arena. I managed the relationships of around 10 of the largest DCAs, and monitored their performance across all debt categories within the billing and service and installation business units of centrica.
