My experience at AAA spans across end user computing and call center technologies, helping business partners in Insurance and Emergency Roadside Services modernize operational models. My portfolio ranges $4MM to $8MM. I work closely with the leadership team to understand organizational goals & objectives, and use system and operational data analytics to drive strategic decisions on product growth & road maps, and support OKRs.In addition to leading large cross functional teams, I also lead 3 agile teams to deliver features effectively with an acceptance rate of 95%+. I mentor and partner with ScrumMasters and Product Owners to collaborate on defined solutions, and foster relationships across multiple functional teams and business units.Technologies include AI/ML, virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), and natural language understanding chatbots in the IVR.

I had a unique opportunity in this position to interface with business and technical partners alike in all organization levels to achieve common goals in technology advancement and business process improvement. I collaborated closely with application development and operational teams to breathe life into projects throughout the SDLC. These projects directly contributed to generating over $6MM in new revenue and reconciling over $380k in organizational savings.When the organization began adopting agile methodology, I became one of the early adopters working with multiple teams to establish an agile framework and culture. I trained another ScrumMaster, and together, we lead 4 scrum teams. I taught agile principles and values to all parties involved, including the Product Owners who I worked closely with to forecast and plan work, iteratively mitigate risks, and set appropriate expectations.

As a Technology Solutions Manager, I was accountable for the success of all of the products in the technology solutions program. In addition to project management responsibilities, I coached the new Technology Solutions coordinator so that he may be successful, and I partnered with the sales team to educate and secure client buy-in on technology services including online storefronts, inventory systems, and integrations; boosting the technology portfolio to over $1MM.

My passion is in technology, so when the opportunity came, I jumped. My next challenge was then to establish online self-service storefronts and build integrations to these portals with client systems. This technology transformed the way the company did business -- automating normally arduous tasks on both client and operating company ends. I closely collaborated with the client and technology teams to define requirements, obtain estimates, set a project schedule, manage risks, and oversee the SDLC to assure quality and customer satisfaction.

I jumped right into it coming out of school! Starting as a project coordinator, I was introduced head first into a fast paced, high touch world juggling complex, high stakes projects where one tiny error may cost thousands of dollars and even affect state and federal voting systems & processes. I excelled in this high pressure environment and eventually took a leadership role guiding a team of 20+ to consistently deliver projects on time, on quality, and on budget. My team was highly effective; so much so I consulted other teams and shared best practices in effort to give those teams the same lift in performance.
