collectionHQ is a Baker & Taylor company.As Marketing Manager, I am responsible for the planning and implementation of Marketing and PR activities in Europe, North America and Australasia.Main duties include:- Creation, planning and execution of marketing communications.- Forecasting and management of marketing budget.- Monitoring and tracking ROI.- Channel management- Ownership of company website, social media and blog.- Copywriting including coordination of press releases, newsletters, case studies, brochures, product flyers and whitepapers. - Planning and implementation of PR activities.- Coordination of lead generation campaigns.- Event management.- Web and print advertising.- Reporting to senior management the impact of marketing campaigns.- Development of annual marketing plans.During my time at collectionHQ, I have had the opportunity to be part of some exciting projects including:- Product rebrand.- New product launch: responsible for the coordination of promotional literature, press releases, launch events, and webpage.- Implementation of a robust system to monitor and evaluate Marketing and Events ROI using Salesforce.- Website launch: Designed website requirements and worked alongside an external design agency to ensure that business needs were met.

Working closely with sales, lead generation, marketing and business intelligence teams across Europe.Identifying and developing innovative new sources of business for Monster UK e.g. generating leads via webinars and social media. Developing targeted B2B e-mail campaigns to generate new leads and build customer relationships. Working with internal CRM systems and market intelligence software to build client profiles and offer industry insight to the sales team.Execution of competitor campaigns utilising industry research and guerrilla marketing techniques.Research and testing of social media as both a lead generation and marketing tool.Frequent use of Excel, lead generation software e.g. Innovantage, social media monitoring tools e.g. Radian 6 and Tweetdeck, Sharepoint, Survey Monkey, Microsoft Word and Powerpoint.

Created innovative English lessons for secondary school and college students aged from 14-23.Developed and presented a range of grammar and pronunciation techniques to classes of students according to ability.Encouraged conversation of the French students in English to improve their confidence and ability thus preparing them for oral exams.Interpreted reading passages into and from the French language to assit the understanding of students.Worked with business students seeking internships in English speaking countries to help them develop their knowledge of professional vocabulary for use during interviews

Key responsibilities: - Telephone banking support.- Provide an “aftersales” service to new credit card customers. - Reach targets for the upsell of additional services.

In this role, my responsibilities included assisting customers with their shopping experience, cash handling, providing an excellent customer service and driving store card account sales in order to meet weekly targets. Having served almost 3 years in this role I was often responsible for cashing up at the end of a shift and taking charge of a team when management were not present.
