    My role within the company is split into four core areas of the business which I believe has helped me evolve as a leader and manager of an international team. One: Account ManagementI currently manage a team of account managers who have customers across APAC, Europe & UK regions of the world. My role is to provide the support and training required to help them achieve the business objectives. As part of this role I report to the senior management team the potential risk within the accounts and work on strategies to help retention. In the 2021-22 fiscal year we achieved a 97% retention rate which was a great achievement for the team during a period of financial uncertainty for our customer-base. Two: International SalesI'm responsible for software subscription sales across the APAC, Europe, UK & East coast of the US. As part of this role I work with colleagues to prospect, demo and close new multi-year subscriptions. These sales have been achieved by providing the customers live software demonstrations via virtual meetings, trade-shows and onsite meetings. Last fiscal we achieved the highest new revenue profit since 2017, which I believe is down to my ability to adapt to the new norm we live in and hunger to learn new skills to capture the imagination of our customers. Three: TrainingSince I joined the company in 2014 I have been involved training and supporting colleagues from across multiple teams within the company. This has helped shape how we interact with our global customer-base. Customer training is conducted virtually or onsite depending on the customers needs.Four: Product Development I work closely with our software development team to help shape future system enhancements. This involves product and industry knowledge, sharing of new ideas and beta testing. I have been involved in several large product releases and currently part of a project team working on a new service to be released in 2023.
