A senior corporate reputation strategist and business leader, I have spent over 25 years working at the most senior level in corporate reputation management in-house,, in listed and private equity owned businesses, and advising clients from within agencies. Whether dealing with a crisis, rebuilding a reputation, managing change or driving campaigns, my focus is always on ensuring that communication is playing its part in the commercial performance of any business/organisation deploying whichever combination of disciplines are needed from media relations, public/regulatory affairs, internal comms/change management through to financial PR, IR and CEO support. Comms leadership roles span entrepreneurial, dynamic start ups (PE backed modular house builder TopHat), corporate turn around (Gala Coral Group) through to global, listed business leaders (Flutter Entertainment plc). In addition I have a have a strong track record in agency leadership alongside senior client advice and delivery. I spent over a decade at Fishburn Hedges when it was one of London’s leading communication consultancies. I was part of the management team as Managing Director and CEO and worked on a raft of clients from consumer facing issues campaigns, complex and high profile issues and crisis management and reputation building programmes. Clients included: Shell International, Nestlé SA, the Bank of England, Bupa, BT, HMRC and PwC.
