• Implementation of the Transforming Rehabilitation Ministry of Justice contract and sentences under the Offender Rehabilitation Act 2014 in two Community Rehabilitation Companies of 1200 employers across the midlands, SWM and DLNR.• Working on a large scale Mobilisation, Transition and Transformation programme as an SME in the service design of interventions; in conjunction with the CRC’s, Price Waterhouse Coopers, Ingeus and St Giles Trust.• Successfully planned and co-ordinated, in collaboration with CRC personnel, the design and implementation of two behaviour change programmes as part of the Rehabilitation Activity Requirement (RAR) Sentence in two CRCs, made up of 1200 employees, in counties across the midlands. • Project managed a work-stream for the development and final approval of a substance misuse strategy and programme board paper. Detailing recommendations for the CRCs approach to operational models of delivery and associated multiple supply chain contracts. Aligning two culturally and geographically different CRCs to one service design approach for implementing new and standardising existing court ordered sentences.
