I am a first-class honors graduate in Energy Engineering from University College Cork, now part of ESB’s graduate program, currently working in the Networks Planning Performance Metrics team. My studies provided me with a solid foundation in electrical generation and distribution, automation, building design, transport, and energy policy and modeling. I’ve completed two impactful summer internships with ESB and Ørsted, giving me valuable industry exposure. Additionally, I served as chairperson of the UCC Engineering Society (2022/23), which greatly strengthened my leadership and teamwork abilities. As an ambassador for TrailBlazHER, I am passionate about promoting gender equality in STEM, and I am excited to contribute to a more sustainable and inclusive energy future.
