Dexia was my first Job in the Funds industry. I started at Junior Level and progressed to Senior within 2 years. My role within the company was to produce and check NAV valuations. As a senior administrator I was responsible for mentoring staff at a junior level. In my 3rd year I had the opportunity to spend 2 months in the newly acquired Hong Kong office in order to help the staff migrate from their old system to Dexia's standard system.
