• Facilitate the campus recruitment process for Swire Management Trainee Programme in the regions of Hong Kong, China and the UK.• Build and implement employer branding and recruitment marketing activities (online and offline); manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process; conduct interviews; Lead assessment centres; review the effectiveness of respective selection tools incl. cognitive and non-cognitive tests; organize orientation programme and networking events. • Project-manage the internal talent recruitment campaign - identify stakeholders and map out project plan; propose job descriptions and promotion materials; manage communications with HR representatives from over 10 operating companies; partner with external consultant to work out best assessment process and tools. • Drive the summer internship programme – coordinate with operating companies for placement opportunity; design workshops for mentors and interns with facilitator and evaluate the effectiveness; monitor interns’ performance to identify potential MT candidates; conduct coaching sessions with interns. • Participate in the design of rotational programme; support development centres; consolidate talent’s performance record and produce management reports. • Implement, monitor and review application tracking system, performance management system and on-boarding platform.
