Our clients are mostly in the manufacturing or wholesale industry. Their main objective is taking the digital leap and implement SAP Hybris for their B2B E-commerce solution.In my current role, I manage all the scoping, planning and quality assurance for our high profile clients based on where we are in the project lifecycle. My responsibilities include: • Elaborate the business blueprints defining the functional requirements of the E-commerce shop. • Manage the scope, budget, and deadlines of the e-commerce solution implementation by the client. • Manage scope´ change requests with the different stakeholders.• Ensure that all the business requirements of the client are technically feasible on SAP Commerce/ Hybris.• Consult our clients on their products´ catalogues and optimize their products master data quality.• Ensure that the business requirements of the client are communicated and well understood by our developers.• Hold daily scrum meetings and backlog grooming.• Product backlog management and prioritizing stories in Jira• Ensure that the sprints are delivered on time and as defined in the business blueprints and on the project plan. • Ensuring that all the requirements listed on the business blueprint are delivered and conform to what has been requested by the client through UAT sessions.• Manage Go-Live and post-implementation support phases.
