Developed an organization-wide M&E strategy and prepared annual organizational performance and impact reports against strategic goals and targets. Oversaw and led the monitoring and evaluation activities for bilateral and multi-country partnership projects funded by Global Affairs Canada and private donors across seven African countries (Ethiopia, Kenya, Ghana, Mali, Mozambique, Sierra Leone, Liberia), the Caribbean and Canada. Key highlights:- Designing and leading a baseline study for a 7-years bilateral Global Affairs Canada funded project in Mozambique. Developed data collection instruments with education experts, trained data collectors in Maputo, and managed the pilot test of instruments in Mozambique. - Coordinating a research study that included student assessments and teacher observations in Kongwa, Tanzania, including the refinement of tools, training of data collectors, sampling, and leading the data processing and analysis. Co-authored a research brief on the findings and presented it at the Comparative and International Education Society Conference in Atlanta, GA in 2017. - Providing in-country M&E support and capacity building to implementing partner in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia on data collection and analysis as part of a 4-years multi-country Global Affairs Canada funded project.- Developing and implementing M&E plans for Global Affairs Canada funded projects in Kenya and Mozambique.
