● Manage daily IT operations ● Provide support of client PC systems, printers, VOIP, AD administration, MS Office 365 Administration, PC Deployment, Intune, MDM ● Involved in problem-solving efforts often involving outside vendors and other support personnel and/or organizations ● Support remote users within APAC region ● Work with Project Team for any infrastructure upgrade/expansion related to IT requirement ● 1st Level Support for business applications (ERP, Siebel, SFDC, OnBase etc. ) ● Receive tickets, update accordingly to the SOP and resolve issues within SLA via ServiceNow

• Outsourced to Intel Corp. Penang site and supporting the Intel Penang IT Service Centre operation.• Receive tickets, update accordingly to the SOP, and resolve issues within SLA.• Handling PCs assembly, installation, testing and troubleshooting.• Supporting the PC Refresh cycle project.• IT Centre hard disk stockroom owner, and responsible for updating, auditing, and managing laptop and SSD inventory.• Dealing with HP, Dell, and CTC for laptop warranty claim submission and arrangement.

- Conduct Preventative Maintenance to every PC in BTPNPP.- Router Checking is done from time to time in order to make sure every router working perfectly.- Create a web system named “e-Rekod” to store library usage record.- Acts as a fasilitator in Novel Workshop for school students.
