1) Led the revamp and execution of new regional internal communication channels for Maybank Kim Eng. Created impactful, fresh concepts for communication collateral such as video productions, engaging townhall sessions, intimate engagement sessions with millennials, and informative quarterly report from the CEO.2) Project manager for KataKatha, Maybank's ASEAN initiative on the Arts and culture. Achievements include:November 2015: Coordinated the 'KataKatha Conversations', which brought together 10 prominent arts and culture practitioners, and 10 university students from 5 ASEAN countries, in a conversation on ASEAN commonalities in history, culture, and the Arts. A collaboration with Pusat Budaya Pusaka. Achieved PR value of RM500,000, and attendance of about 500 visitors within the 3-day conversations.August 2016: Coordinated the 'KataKatha Exhibition', a unique interpretation of the KataKatha Conversations, featuring the creative process of the 10 KataKatha artists, and an artistic symbolism of ASEAN commonalities. A collaboration with Pusat Budaya Pusaka. Achieved PR value of RM750,000, and attended by more than 1500 visitors within the 1-month exhibition.February 2017: Led the infusion of KataKatha into Invest ASEAN, Maybank's flagship investor conference series, in propagating the concept of "The Arts and Business Must Mix". The conference received overwhelmingly positive responses from the attendees, who lauded the innovative immersion of the Arts into an investor conference.May 2017: Coordinated the Drum for Hope campaign, which aims to bring healing through drumming to refugee children in Nottingham, U.K., ultimately providing them with a new skill that can be leveraged to create commercial value to sustain the community. A collaboration with Mercy Malaysia, Mercy Malaysia UK, and Hands Percussion. Achieved PR value of RM500,000. Raised RM85,000 within a few weeks to fund the 3-month campaign.
