• Developing and implementing the overall marketing strategy for Charity Challenge and plan for the year ahead. This includes direct and digital campaign management, monitoring market trends and insight and targeted database acquisition and retention campaigns in line with company objectives• To monitor and analyse marketing activity and identify what is working and what is not working• Use of Google analytics to identify market insight and use this insight for formulate targeted digital campaigns• Provide weekly reporting to sales and marketing team • Identify key trends in end-customer buying patterns • Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities• Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans and brand guidelines• Planning and implementing promotional campaigns• Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results• Preparing online and print marketing campaigns• Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications• Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives• Develop and implement the brand and to make sure it is used with the brand values and is consistently used on all external collateral as well as internal documents and presentation. • Develop, implement, monitor and analyse a social media strategy for Charity Challenge in conjunction with the appointed agency• Develop and maintain the website. Create strategy to test elements and UX. • Budget management. To deliver all marketing activity and promotions within the agreed budget.• Manage Charity Challenge’s database. This includes maintenance of existing features and development of new features to support marketing activity as well internal development to help with efficiency process.• Copywriting newsletter and blogs
