As Executive Director and Co-Founder of TopsOJ, I oversee the platform's strategic direction, managing key areas such as website development, feature integration, community engagement through our Discord server, and enhancing accessibility to contest math resources. I also directed two math tournaments.

Led the implementation and organization of the core features on TopsOJ, a platform designed to enhance competitive math practice. I manage a team of talented developers, overseeing site updates and maintenance to ensure continuous improvement.

- Designed and authored creative cybersecurity/CTF problems.- Secured over $23,000 in prizes from leading sponsors (Taskade, Wolfram Alpha, Axure, 1Password, etc...)- Engaged 300+ participants.

Managed a 3v3 basketball tournament at a school with over 1,900 students, collaborating with the student council president to coordinate logistics and ensure smooth event execution. Additionally, I assisted in refereeing one of the games, contributing to fair and organized gameplay.
