Install and configure new computers and other IT equipment. Repair and upgrade different types of computers (software and hardware). Identify problems and repair printers, copiers and scanners. Keep track of IT supplies and equipment. Perform regular updates of servers. Install cables in the organization. Responsible to maintain BACKUP SERVER using Symantec BackUp ver. 12 & 11d and make a backup schedule within a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly Administer IT assets such as: License Software, Applications Software and PC Peripherals Daily Maintain and manage PABX SERVER (AVAYA 8300 IpPhone), such as : Setting up a new phone extension, create, alter, modify the number, user ID, PIN telephone extension. port settings if there is a displacement movement of the user. Setting Automatic Call Distributor (ACD) for Call Center Division. Running Billing Report using DATACOM TMS & Report Call Center (ACD)
