1. Manage complete logistics and warehouse operations 2. Manage entire supply chain of all air, sea and land freight shipments. 3. Deal with European and American suppliers for shipping terms and required documents to import/export the merchandise. 4. Manage complete purchasing cycle, purchase order, payment settlement, import export & customs clearance. 5. Give administrative support to buyer 6. Developed the business by analyzing logistics problems and produce required solution. 7. Supervise all procurement activities and services of all suppliers, freight forwarders, courier companies and customs broker 8. Monitor all inbound and outbound shipments through coordination with suppliers, freight forwarding / Courier Company and customs clearing agent. 9. Ensure deliveries on cost and timely effective manner.10. Coordinate with shipping companies for the shipping rates and applying agreed shipping rates for standards shipping routes. 11.Resolve all logistics discrepancies (physical damage, quantity conflict, wrong delivery, etc) by coordination with suppliers and insurance company. 12. Monitor daily in and out transfer of warehouse. 13. Arrange the replenishment of merchandise to the stores based on daily sales and availability of items in warehouse. 14. Manage to maintain the inventory level of consumable items in stores and warehouse.
