He has worked on many land development projects throughout the Charleston area. He has acted as both the President of his local Association of Realtors as well as President of the Charleston Trident Homebuilders Association. He has also acted as a director for the National Association of Realtors currently serving as the Region 4 RVP. David lives in Mt. Pleasant with his wife, Minou—a local school teacher—and their two daughters, Alexandra and Hanna.Elevating the StandardsDavid is also committed to further education about buyer representation and elevating the standards within the real estate profession. This is one of the reasons he was selected as Realtor of the Year for the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors in 2008. He was also asked in 2009 to help update the National Association of Realtors- Buyer Accreditation course (ABR). A course he had taken himself back in 1998 to become an Accredited Buyer Agent. Since 2008 David has served on the advisory board for the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC) of the National Association of Realtors and inducted into the REBAC Hall of Fame in 2010.Specialties: Residential
