- More than 25 years experience working in multinational companies, in leadership functions- Large experience with LATAM appliances market, defining and implementing all product categories marketing & innovation strategy- Accountability for the development of product and marketing plans for all categories across LATAM- Know how with Innovation management; development of partnerships with R&D Institutes and Universities using Governmental incentives- Solid experience in the development of strategic partnerships (OEM / ODM / JV) with manufacturers of appliances in LATAM- Leadership of Refrigeration and Laundry Technology centers in Brazil, leading appliances projects for domestic market and exports- Leadership on product cost reductions initiatives and methodologies to optimize product gross margin- Experience with global suppliers of Finished products (China / US / MEX / UK). Responsibility for the definition and implementation of sourcing matrix for all product categories in LATAM- Accountability for all global negotiations with suppliers of finished products, including definition of quality agreements, product supply availability, financial stress and social compliance- Experience in the development and implementation of quality driven projects looking for reductions in field failure warranty costs and improvement in consumer loyalty- Management of multi-discipline / region / country teams, working on global projects for local markets and export markets- International experience developing products for multiple regions (ASIA, EMEA, LATAM, MEX, US) and living abroad- Experience with regulatory environment in LATAM - close relationship with all certification and regulatory agencies in the region, influencing the definition and implementation of technical standards
