Marcus Silva, graduated in Electrical Engineering from Universidade Federal do Amazonas in 2009, where I am currently taking a master's degree in digital signal processing focused on Music Information Retrieval.I have more than 13 years of experience, working on great multinational companies as process engineer, automation and test engineer, test engineer, software developer and software tester.Main activities:Software development.Software QA: manual test and test automation.Development of software and equipments for product testing.Industrial automation.Experience and skills:In software testing, I have great skills in QA field, with solid knowledge and experience of manual test and test automation in web applications using Python and Java, based on frameworks Selenium, RestAssured, JUnit, Unittest, Pytest, Requests, and also tools for API Rest test like Postman, Swagger and Mockable. As a developer, l have experience working in development of software applications in Python, C# and web applications using Python, Node.js JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, based on main frameworks such as React, NestJS, Next.js, Django, Flask, including experience of Serverless applications running on cloud services of Amazon Web Services, as AWS API Gateway, Lambda, Athena and SQS. Also I have experience of version control using Git, Gitlab and Jenkins tools for CI/CD and Docker containerization. In industrial automation, I have knowledge of embedded systems, executing projects of test equipments for product quality inspection and industrial automation in assembly lines processes, coding in C/C++ for microcontrolled applications and Ladder using PLC devices. To finish, just a mention about research for my master's degree. I propose to develop a system for automatic music transcription. The basic idea is to get an audio signal and extract music information to translate it as chords or score, using techniques of digital signal processing and deep neural networks coded in Python language based on TensorFlow framework. To be concluded in 2024.
