Main focus of this position is leading groups around Ireland's National stadium for Rugby and Football. The groups range in size from 1 to 150. Types of duties include a constant update of knowledge of the Aviva Stadium as well as Irish Sport in terms of Rugby and Football. Other skills include a wide range of receptionist duties such as answering calls, transferring calls to the multiple departments around the stadium and dealing with customers in a friendly and appropriate manner. Cash transactions and till management are another area of focus at the stadium. Calculating end of day incomes and balancing of cash at the end of the day and preparing the float for the following day are secondary duties which followed this position. My time at the Aviva stadium has greatly improved my communication skills on a one to one basis aswel as when addressing large groups and this is ever growing as I work. My knowledge of the running and upkeep of a Grade A International stadium have also improved greatly from the financial, management and marketing aspects especially.

Working as a brand ambassador for Modern Green provided a wide range of experience over a wide range of locations around the country. My main position was that of an O2 Angel in Ireland's largest concert venue located in Dublin.The main aim of this position was to improve the concert goers evening by providing a multitude of benefits and improving the fans experience during their time at the venue. Escorting VIPs, promotional activities and invitational surprises are some of the duties involved with being an O2 Angel. When working with Modern Green there was also promotional work around Ireland. I have worked with Heineken, Desperado's, O2 and Mountain Dew promoting new products through a range of different activities. Modern Green had a great habit of keeping their employees involved with improving their customers experience. There were constant focus groups and feedback sessions involved where our opinions and thoughts on various activation's were taken into account.During my time at Modern Green my knowledge of Marketing, Advertising and all promotional activities improved greatly. Working directly with customers on promotional campaigns gave me a great insight into the benefits of these campaigns for the customers and also to the awareness of a brand and its products.

While working with Elverys Sports my main job was Sales. This included helping customers find anything they needed in the correct size. Each day I was given a different section to work from and while in this section I had to keep it in order which meant constant attention throughout the day. My time in Elverys gave me a great insight into the Retail sector of Business aswel as valuable experience in Sales.
