Mr. Studer served as the project lead for M&I's Y2K Renovation Center for all License, Service Bureau and Premium Service Bureau applications utilizing CAP Gemini's Y2K Renovation Tools and Methodology. He taught staff CAP Gemini's Y2K Toolkit, served as Micro Focus Liaison for issue tracking, trained Business Analysts Y2K methodology, conducted technical interviews, demonstrated the toolkit in a companywide workshop, and represented the A.R.C. (Application Renovation Center) during integrated testing planning sessions

Mr. Studer performed problem investigation and analysis for the Information Services department as a programmer analyst. Designed and coded projects as assigned. Other duties assigned were: 1) Production Support; 2) Implemented W2/1099 changes annually; 3) Ad-hoc reporting using QUICKJOB. Mr. Studer Developed a Pharmacy Claim Entry System for Electronic Claim Submission using RMCobol. He maintained and supported a Home Health Claim Entry system using dBase III Plus / FoxBASE. Additionally, he designed a protocol for electronic claims submission on a Nixdorf mini-computer and PC platforms, designed an inventory control system using dBase III Plus, and conducted training sessions for Home Health providers throughout the Midwest.
