My time spent in Television Production saw me use the art of great storytelling and understanding of an audience, to create content and communication that cut through the noise.This, combined with my mid-career in HR, people and culture, has helped me discover my perfect world. I use creative communication to solve complex business problems by putting people at the heart of everything I do - Human Centred Design. I now enjoy bringing these two worlds together, to design systemic, scalable solutions for large, complex organisations, helping them solve human problems (community, customer and employee) with a design thinking and creative approach. I thrive on working closely with stakeholders, using empathy, building trust and creating rapport, to grow positive and long-lasting relationships. When people trust and like you, that’s when you’re in a position to enable strategies that bring about positive and lasting change.
