Therefore, I believe that I can help both the organization and the candidate fulfill their needs.For the past 4 years I have been hiring great talent for the fast-growing tech platforms.Holding responsibility for full-cycle recruiting and hiring for the IT, Creative Services, Media, and Sales positions as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.Directing all facets of talent acquisition – including candidate sourcing, behavioral-based interviews, and negotiations – to generate outstanding placements.Supporting the Management in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.Facilitating and guiding employees on HR policies, processes, performance management.Actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.Supporting Development and Training programs for Employees' branding.Leveraging both traditional and creative candidate sourcing techniques – including social media, LinkedIn, tradeshows, job boards, job fairs, and referrals – to identify candidates.Handling all post-selection responsibilities, such as background checks, offer letters, salary/benefit negotiations, and onboarding paperwork.Maintaining strong recruiting networks and relationships with colleges, career centers, and talent pipelines.Management of disciplinary and grievance issues to maintain Company decorum.Assisting in attendance management and responsible for applicant tracking systems, employees' evaluations and events within the organization.Aiming to grow in my career by helping people and companies achieve their goals.
