This key process de-duplicated approximately 1,000,000 organizations from the siloed applications to approximately 500,000 organizations in the centralized database, while maintaining full lineage so source applications could migrate to the centralized services as priorities and resources allowed.Collaborated with the product owners to define data quality rules for cleansing and unifying master data and to define the content of application specific reference data structures. Built data visualization solutions to allow product owners to investigate data issues and defined data governance processes to mitigate these issues and insure data in the central database was clean. Leveraged 3rd party resources to populate standard domain structures for geography, timezones, currency, etc. to improve data quality.
