I'm an Italian journalist based in Manhattan (New York), I work for Hootsuite (Inbound Marketing team) as Editor in Chief of AdEspresso (https://adespresso.com/blog/).In my role, I oversee the day-to-day operation and performance of AdEspresso’s Inbound Marketing properties. My main goal is to build an audience that converts by relying on refined editorial judgment and mastery of search data. Italian born and raised, a professional journalist since 1992, I moved to the US in 2014 to broaden my professional horizons, improve my journalistic skills, and tackle new challenges.I've always been passionate about the digital universe and the possibilities offered by all Social Media platforms (even before Facebook). The digital scenario I found in the US was the Petri dish where my passion for Social Media Marketing and Advertising could quickly grow. One of the best sources of knowledge about Facebook advertising I used, was the Academy section of AdEspresso, an Italian SaaS company that was opening the US headquarters. I joined AdEspresso in 2015 as a contractor; my assignment was to translate the website and the content in Italian. By 2016 I was employed full-time as Editor-In-Chief of the entire Academy section of AdEspresso (blog, guides, eBooks), and the Italian and Spanish edition of the blog. In 2017 AdEspresso Joined forces with Hootsuite, the leading social media management platform, and I moved to the Company headquarters in Vancouver (BC) for almost two years. While in Canada, I continued managing the content of AdEspresso, and I actively worked with the Hootsuite Inbound Marketing Team to grow and maintain the leadership of both AdEspresso and Hootsuite blog. Before joining AdEspresso, I freelanced for many Italian and American magazine/newspapers online and offline, covering news from New York City and the US.
