As Head of Legal & Compliance, my role is to handle onboarding for clients, fulfillment of obligations, regulations, and compliance relating FATCA, CRS, FAR, ESA, and CTA, as well as being an active advisor in legal and compliance matters to clients.

Responsible for structuring, implementing, and managing the legal processes of the companies within the Group (P.A PERU S.A.C., PERFORACIONES E INGENIERIA PERU S.A.C., MEPAR S.A.C. y AGHASO S.A.C.) in corporate, administrative, labor, procedural, and other areas. Reporting to the General Manager and the Board of Shareholders, with 1 report.• Development of strategy, negotiation, and elaboration of Construction, Supply, installation, and Service contracts. • Implementation and monitoring of technical-construction processes to control risks and timelines, resulting in savings through administrative resources sponsorship.• Development and implementation of the Company’s Compliance System and Crime prevention model in collaboration with an external consultant.• Hiring and management of property risk insurance policies of the 4 companies.• Claims management and negotiation of settlements for the company, minimizing negative impact.• Development of corporate agreements: general shareholders’ meetings, amendments to articles of incorporation, etc.

• Legal advisory in corporate design and structuring of PPP projects and Assets Projects.• Preparation of legal reports on general Administrative Law topics.
