I'm a psychologist and I work as a Human Resources Employee Partner in the Casais Group. I work in the Employee Career Management team with the aim of providing all employees with career guidance and support in their individual development process. In addition, I am responsible for the Casais Group's well-being area. Our aim in this area is to define and implement a culture of well-being, promoting a balance between our people's personal and professional lives.The areas in which they work have two things in common: people and their personal and professional well-being.I am a dynamic, interested and organized person. I consider myself to have a good ability to relate positively to others and to work as part of a team. I am motivated to learn, improve and develop new skills and I am willing to take on new challenges.
