Supervised GSM/GPRS/EDGE KPI monitoring, analysis and solutions, GSM/GPRS/EDGE parameters audit/optimization, In a Turn-Key project with Brazil Telecom Operator in the Brazil performed the implementation of a GSM/GPRS/EDGE 1800Mhz network including search ring and candidate definition, TSS. Monitoring the network performance helping and directing the local engineers to troubleshoot their sites and helping the managers to be able to watch the network level performance. Responsible in identify the top worst performance cells. System Specification and Link Budget analysis for GSM 1800Design GSM900MHz /1800MHz and optimization of these sites; Responsible to implement the parameters to the Dual sites (with two SI 900MHz/1800MHz) in the concept of Co-site, Concentric Cells and traffic balancing between the two bands.Executed the network implementation and the audit process consisted of an extensive study followed by a monthly recommendations report. The study covered all aspects of the network including Traffic & Dimensioning, Freq Plan and Freq hopping, Statistical analysis, Design Assessment, Features, Handover definition, BSIC planning, LAC/RAC planning, Adjacency planning, BSC border planning, azimuth/down tilt adjustments, Half Rate, Direct Retry and more.Resolve trouble tickets to help O&M time
