I worked as Coordinator of a UX Design team made up of 12 members on a large project for Banco Santander.The work involved recreating the Bank's entire business process and customer experience, from account opening to contracting new products.Throughout the project, we worked together with the bank's internal areas such as commercial, legal, service, processes, security and products.The objective was to have a multidisciplinary team and with this I conducted several workshops with these teams in order to review all the bank's internal processes that were an obstacle to customer service, redesign these processes and, finally, build a platform used by branch managers, ensuring a better experience for managers when using the platform and faster service for customers.
