I'm responsible for all technical customer contacts (From pre-sale help to complete product certification).The summary of the activities I am responsible for are:- Responsible for UICC/eUICC profiles development and consulting services for the major MNO customers at South America’s and South Cone;- Elicit all the technical customer requirements, planning the related tasks with Sales, Development and Operations teams in order to customize the final product;- Create UICC / eUICC profiles and sample cards, integration and testing in the customer's network;-Technical support for the Sales team oriented to business in telecommunications and promoting growth in customer relationships;- Identify new opportunities with customers and partners;- Organize meetings and develop presentations;- Responsible for successful approval of profiles: M2M version for MNO TIM Brazil, R8 version for MNO Claro Chile and for MNO Personal Paraguay, Standard versions for OI Brasil and eSIM V3 for Basetelco Brasil;

I was a software developer, focused on developing tools for telecom customers and internal use.Mainly worked with C# and .NET to create desktop software and web services, also worked with Java (java Card) to develop Sim card applets.I also helped the team by testing the Sim card at the customer's office.
