“I alone cannot change the world, but I can cast a stone across the water to create many ripples." Mother TeresaAdventure and variety combined with economic impact have affected my journey. Assisting others in their career transition has become my passion. Change can be difficult and challenging, yet, brings the opportunity to optimize ones talents and strengths. It is the result of my transformational process that I have learned to coach and challenge others to connect to their authentic selves, discover their passion and create a sustainable career path. My work includes guiding others with a variety resources find hope and strength through self-awareness and reinvention. It is a gift to meet them wherever they are and address all barriers with grace and good humor. While my certification as a Career Development Facilitator, training as a Career Coach and extensive Emotional Intelligence research/study/practice gives me a framework for our relationships, it is my intuition and courage that guides our interactions and conversations. The Career by Design program I helped create is the result of determining the core needs of people in life and career transition.
