- Lead the development of the organisation’s fundraising strategy and implementation across all fundraising departments, newly including the Trusts & Foundations and Major Giving programmes, to achieve annual target of £1.5 million.- Key influencer on, and contributor to, the organisational strategy, supporting other Heads of Department to plot necessary actions and implications to accommodate and complement each other. - Responsible for annual fundraising budgets, and set agreed department targets, and reforecast income and expenditure on a monthly basis as appropriate. - Lead on all pitches and new business partnership development with prospective corporate supporters to increase the membership to the Your Business, Their Lives initiative.- Provide strategic leadership to all active pro bono partnerships spanning: i) Advertising; ii) Digital Marketing; iii) Video Production; iv) Strategic Management Consultancy, including product development.- Account director responsible for nurturing the development of measurable social impact outcomes across all major partnerships, both internally and externally.- Creative lead on all new fundraising initiatives and campaigns including The Big Playdate (nationwide community campaign) and The Impact Network (high net worth engagement strategy).

#GivingTuesday (2nd December) is a global day of giving. After the sales of Black Friday and the online shopping boom on Cyber Monday, #GivingTuesday is an opportunity to come together to show the world why it’s good to give. Whether it’s making a donation, volunteering your time or just spreading the word at the start of the Christmas shopping season, #GivingTuesday is a call to action for everyone who wants to give something back.#GivingTuesday has grown into a global movement, covering countries like The United States, Australia, Singapore, Canada, much of Latin America and Israel. In 2014 the campaign is being launched in the UK by the Charities Aid Foundation with support from Blackbaud.The simple idea behind #GivingTuesday is to encourage people, charities and businesses to donate time, money or their voice to help a good cause.My role on the Advisory Board is to grow the awareness of #GTUK across the country and encourage young people, particularly students, to become the standard bearers of this international philanthropic campaign.

Started as a university rep but was promoted to event Manager in May 2010. Carpe Noctum is one of the largest provider of student events in Nottingham. As an Event Manager my responsibilities would include everything from conception of an idea, to marketing the event to managing the logistics of the actual night of the event.I was responsible for a team of over 50 university reps, managing them day-to-day. This included organising ticket distribution, financial accounting, and managing guestlists in the build up and on the night. I managed 3 separate nights at a variety of locations every week and took charge of marketing communications for these events.
