As Manager of Operations and Supply Chain, I assumed responsibility for manufacturing activities in addition to my existing role. My team is comprised of ~110 associates, responsible for vendor sourcing and management; inventory planning; procurement; production scheduling; manufacturing; physical logistics and customer service. This critical senior role plays an integral part in realizing our corporate objectives in regards to revenue and costs. As a member of the Bosch Rexroth Canada Strategy Team, I am included in executive level decision making to help define the future vision of the organization. *Launched Operational Excellence project to build morale and increase engagement with shop floor associates.
