As ever in a small start up everyone wears many hats so even in a management position I’ve been very hands on; I’ve been involved in designing, prototyping and deploying BuildBee’s software and web services (primarily built on AWS microservices, Python and JavaScript) and Cloud Dock thin-client environments, DevOps and communication infrastructure management, integrating new printer hardware into the platform, user testing and user experience research, brand development, CAD design, and even a bit of marketing and PR.
