I provided contract services through my employer to families with CPS involvement in the area of Family Preservation.

I provide direct services under Part C of the IDEA to infants and toddlers with developmental delays and their families. I also do some service coordination. I monitor high risk children too. Direct service includes things like special instruction to the child and parent training.If a child is in child care, I will deliver services in that location or will provide consults to child care providers.Part of my job also involves monitoring parents who themselves have cognitive challenges and providing hands-on instruction when needed so that they may successfully raise their children.
