Training Management: Improving of the training system and regulations, making the training programs and budget, selecting of the suppliers of the internal training and the teachers, curriculum provision, implementation of the trainings, feedback survey as well as performance assessment on the training activities; making, updating and improving the policies and regulations of the company.5.
