Hi, nice of you to drop by.Let me introduce myself.I'm a self-driven consumer and market insights leader, with nearly a decade of research expertise and more than four years of leadership experience at Samsung Electronics.As member of Samsung Switzerland's Marketing LT, I am responsible for planning, execution and budget management of all insights programs spanning across all of Samsung's product ranges with a yearly revenue stream totaling hundreds of millions of CHF.To nurture my innate curiosity about people and human behaviour, I received academic training (incl. a master's degree) in sociology, human geography, and cultural anthropology at universities in Germany and Spain.Starting at a boutique research agency in Switzerland, I honed my skills in B2B and qualitative research across various industries, with focus on FMCG and luxury goods. Transitioning to Samsung, I embraced the fast-paced world of consumer electronics.I built a best-in-class insights function by introducing several key strategic insights initiatives at Samsung Austria & Switzerland. These range from the introduction of continuous brand health tracking, holistic advertising effectiveness measurements and an agile insights platform to innovative and engaging ways of cross-functional collaboration to ensure actionability of insights. All with the final goal of empowering stakeholders to take the best-informed business decisions. Working across different markets, languages and cultures is an experience I thoroughly enjoy when engaging in the many multi-country projects that I conduct together with my colleagues across Europe and the globe.Team leadership is the privilege to guide and inspire others towards a common goal, fostering the growth of many. To build trust and a productive work environment has proven to be the most effective way of building a high-performing team that is able to deliver sustained value to the business.With a great passion for sharing knowledge, I plan and lead internal cross-functional workshops, such as evidence-based advertising masterclasses and data literacy sessions.
