We support the evolution for how people engage with each other and with technology through unique and innovative products for a variety of industries.Tasks:Plan, direct, and coordinate human resource management activities of European subsidiaries (France, UK, Germany, Spain, Sweden, Netherlands offices) to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as employee compensation, recruitment, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance. Provide and assist global human resources with multi-national expertise and experience.Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.Provide knowledge and experience in driving global compensation and benefit systems and HR self-service applications.Maintain understanding of European government provided benefits and ensure proper rules andregulations are being met for European subsidiaries. Ensure benefit programs and all policies are administered objectively and fairly with solid research, benchmarking data to support programs, policies.Advise international managers on global HR processes.Work with Global HR Team to recruit and retain employees
