CurrentSpearheading the delivery of new software products, I lead the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) - from ideation to implementation. Drafting the Concept of Operation (ConOps) documents for approval by key stakeholders, I prioritize the conversion of 'would like' capabilities into actual functionalities and user stories. Realizing the Minimal Viable Product (MVP) that includes critical capabilities, following the release of the MVP, I deliver backlog items in 2-week sprint phases. Leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assigning code deployment and UAT environment readiness tasks to developers, I oversee regression testing by the Quality Assurance (QA) team and mitigate any issues prior to UAT commencing. Creating UAT test plans in collaboration with the Test Team, I determine test scenarios and document UAT outcomes, confirming the alignment of business objectives with the ConOps document. Coordinating 5 concurrent software development projects, including daily standups, weekly Scrum of Scrum meetings, Three Amigo sessions, I optimize user stories plus monthly backlog grooming and stakeholder meetings.• Identify opportunities to enhance existing products then lead conception and development of updates utilizing Microsoft DevOps tools for roadmapping, implementation, and deployment.• Augment communication, knowledge sharing, and team cohesion by planning and hosting Brown Bag sessions with Software Developers from Telecommunications Enterprise Management Tool Suite.
