Research internship under Dr. Susanne Knittel (ERC recipient, editor of the Journal of Perpetrator Studies, co-director of Utrecht Network for the Environmental Humanities, co-organiser of Utrecht Forum for Memory Studies) with the Utrecht University Pathways to Sustainability project on Conceptualizing Ecocide. This interdisciplinary project brings together researchers from law, geosciences, the humanities, and more, to collect and publish information on the proposal of 'ecocide' as the fifth crime at the International Criminal Court.I conduct research for the writing and implementation of tribunal theatre in the form of a mock trial. My tasks are focused on fostering interdisciplinary communication between team members from different faculties, as well as reading and organising research and reading sessions connected to visiting fellows with the Pathways to Sustainability research line at Utrecht University.

Teaching intern under Dr. Flora Roberts for the new course 'Introduction to the Environmental Humanities' in the new UU minor of Environmental Humanities.Tasks include teaching and course/syllabus design.

I fulfil administrative tasks related to the management and upkeep of the academic programme, as well as specific research tasks for Dr. Driscoll related to his conference responses and syllabus design.
