EVENTS & EXPERIENCE CONCEPTION FOR HONG KONG, TAIWAN, CHINA & SOUTH KOREA: In close relationship with the Sales department, oversee the local eventscalendar (number of events needed, typology, budget ventilation, choice of date,venue sourcing etc....).Propose, craft concepts and formats for all future events considering both commercial needs, Members’ expectations and estate relationship needs.Benchmark the events with the best practices of the wine industry, theluxury industry, and the travel industry to capture trends.Develop a strong network of partners and suppliers in the local F&B, luxuryand art de Vivre industries.EVENTS ORGANISATION:Lead and coordinate different steps and manage resources to deliver the best possible experience. I am responsible for the planning, budget, and successful execution of the event.Handle ad-hoc project teams and coordinate the different stakeholders and steps from the expression of needs to their translation into wine needs.Source venues and suppliers matching concept, format and budget and negotiate food & venue package.Coordinate and drive local suppliers to match our standards and deadlines.Oversee the administrative part of the event (ERP system, invoices, payments, reporting etc.).Post-events AnalysisProactively suggest improvements: actions / leader / deadline.Collect feedbacks and actions.Prepare quarterly reports for the Deputy Marketing Director withimprovement improvements plans.PRIVATE TRIPS REQUESTS MANAGEMENT (from local zone Members):Check private trips requests feasibility (dates, workload, etc.) andqualification (profile...). Coordinate the trip with the conception group.
