I have completed 5 different rotations across HR & IT as part of this degree apprenticeship. - Reward Insights team; working on the internal recognition platform, compensation data and the MRP process. - Workforce Insights & Analytics team; focussing on data analysis within Excel and creating multiple dashboards & analysis. Also supporting with the Pulse survey twice a year, answering emails in mailbox, analysis of survey results, including sentiment analysis. - MyHR team; providing support to the UK advisory team, including answering tickets, live chats and phone calls. - Enabling IT; Working as a business analyst working on large scale projects to help improve processes and systems in IT. - Talent Acquisition; Working within the Systems, Processes & Candidate Experience team, whilst also providing useful data insights on application data. Alongside 5 rotations, I have also been studying towards my Data Science degree with Anglia Ruskin. I have also been a SIP Ambassador for a year, providing support and outreach activities to promote careers within science-based industries. And lastly, for a year I lead an internal social society at AstraZeneca, organising social events for all the apprentices inside and outside of work. I lead a team of 6 apprentices to organise and plan events.
