Florentina has more than 10 years of experience in developing and implementing HR processes and training programmes within banking, private and non-governmental sector in Kosovo, Western Europe and Latin America. She has also lead internationally funded projects with an aim of supporting the development of SME-s in Kosovo. Has successfully compiled and conducted training programmes such as: Communication, Sales Skills, Customer Service and Care, Sales Strategy, HR Management; Performance Management, Stress Management and Team Building; dedicated to the bank’s employees. She has also implemented new HR processes, being organizational structuring, developing performance management systems and other HR related processes within organizations at local and international level. Additionally, she has been involved in conducting research in social field and business sector. She has compiled and delivered training programmes in Performance Management, Team Management and Building, Communication Skills, Sales, Customer Service, Stress Management, Training Needs Analysis. Holds a MA degree in Organizational Psychology. She has also completed ProCredit Bank’s in-house Academy with a main focus on financial management. Finally, she teaches courses on Organizational Behaviour, Career Counselling, Leadership and Organizational Development, Consumer Psychology and Marketing at University College Dardania, Kosovo. Is an active guest speaker: Kosovo HR Institute with a topic: Tools for developing leaders within organizations;TEDxPrishtina 2013 with a topic: Entrepreneurial Creativity.
