Development of Assessment Centers Business Development Group has organized an Assessment Center for evaluating 17 competencies of an organization’s personnel. There have been five instruments implemented during the process: EPQ, BFQ, Career Anchor, Verbal and Numerical Reasoning Test. The process of the Assessment Center consisted of administering measurement tools, interpreting measurement tools and providing feedback to participants for their performance during the Assessment Center. The project also included the compilation of individual development plans for all participants.
