After working as a retail reset manager in various companies and states the next step in my career naturally would be as a Lead. In this position I was responsible for managing a temm of 2-12 employees, dependent on work load, to perform major and minor resets during grocery remodels. I was also expected to train employees on the job as needed. When performing such large projects simultaneously, time management and attention to detail are essential to hitting deadlines and the team's performance. Roadblocks of varying significance are part of the work; having the ability to think quickly, leverage resources and clearly communicate execution are strengths that benefited me in my role.

I had the opportunity to open 2 different stores during my time at Sprouts Farmers Market paving the way for speedy personal and professional growth. Customer service is critical to the health of a business, Often times the back end processes to customer services is overlooked. Having worked in retail for 6 years I learned the importance of maintaining smooth function of the front end department. This includes assigning duties to cashiers and courtesy clerks to insure a consistent and pleasant experience customers while also meeting compliance requirements for employees. My responsibilities also included performing most monetary duties while on shift.

With a strong background in Customer Service I was brought on as Team Lead to train and guide new staff of a brand new location.
