Carry out all daily work and responsibilities related to Tech Field Support/Network Administrator. Install and maintain LAN/WAN connectivity for users, HD video systems connectivity, support user desktop connectivity needs, assist ShoreTel PBX software administrator in the areas of cross connects (wiring for voice and LAN Hubs) and patch cords, Ethernet, analog and digital dial tone, and all wiring terminations.
