I successfully supported the transition to the new Barcelona headquarters, overseeing the merger of three teams from different companies with distinct cultures and work processes. My primary responsibilities included:- Acting as the liaison with final users to inspire them with the change vision and address their needs within corporate boundaries.- Coordinating internal teams working on the project (IT, HR, Labor Relations, Communications, HSE, etc.) and external suppliers.- Preparing the business case and overseeing budget and schedule adherence, and reporting results.
