Currently Managing Director of Engie Solutions Hydrogen (ESH2), my career path is structured around three pillars :- business development : from scratch, such as the new electric mobility market, or incrementally via commercial development by negotiating new partnerships or optimising existing businesses, such as insurance services with an EBITDA > 20 Meur/year.- management : direct with teams of very different sizes and profiles (from 3 to 50 employees), but also transversal via project management.- client culture : in BtoB (Arcelor Mittal, contract > 80 Meur/year), as well as in BtoC.Thanks to my rich and varied career, I have strengthened my ability to unite teams around a common vision, to make decisions in complex and changing environments, and to take on a role representing the management or the Group externally (the good forum).As a real team player on a Management Committee, I like to work in environments where there is a lot of room for decision and where projects deliver.My present general management position is the synthesis of my career path.
