As advisor for desks 5, 6 and 8 in credit default department, my mission was to communicate with customers in difficulty. My objective was to understand their situation and to help them as best as possible in the process, changing my speech according to the desk.

Helping advisors on different tasks, such as the viability and conformity of companies’ accounts, was the object of my internship. I also have the opportunity to launch a promotional campaign related to proposed products. Reception and assistance to customers allow me to learn how to deal with recurrent situations.
